Any comments or suggestions? - I did not get the delivery phone call until 15 minutes prior to delivery. This was going to my son house and I was 15 minutes away with the cash. It all worked out fine but a delivery time more advance would of been better. Thank you.

Any comments or suggestions? - Everyone that I dealt with in this rental was absolutely wonderful! Both the office staff and delivery driver gave me the best costomer serivce and were so very friendly and helpful! I have worked with a few bounce house companies now and this was by far my best experience! I will recommend Bouncy House Rentals to everyone! Thank you for such a wonderful and easy experience!

The kids were super excited... it really made the party!! We will be using you again in the future for sure!! In fact, I am going to try to get the snow cone machine again for the 4th of July!

Would you recommend us to a friend? - Yes, definitely. The representative was very polite and helpful. The service was great as well.

Any comments or suggestions? - I appreciated how you keep the customer in mind with regards to the delivery. It was nice to have the bounce house set up before the party began. The person setting up was quite courteous, just like the representative I spoke with over the phone.
